NO SHOW
If you do not cancel your appointment and do not show to your scheduled appointment you will be charged 80% of the service appointment.
Late Arrival
A 15 Minute grace period is allowed if you are running late. Your appointment may be cancelled and a subject charge of 50% may be charged.
Cancellation
Please cancel via reminder or via text message to 863-225-8145.
Cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation fee.
If appointments are cancelled less than 24 hours you may be charged 50% of service fee.
